Creative Living Environments is looking for a Resident Manager for two of our group homes. One is located in Waukesha, WI and the other is in New Berlin, WI.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM, on-call responsibilities/weekends

Responsibilities:

• Supervises, trains, schedules and evaluates staff
• Creates, monitors and adheres to the ISP's for each resident
• Coordinates and transports residents to medical appointments
• Assist residents with personal cares and leisure time activities
• Assist with residents taking prescribed medications
• Follow all DHS and CLE policies, rules and regulations
• Deliver care as prescribed in each care plan
• Adhere to proper documentation

Qualifications:

• At least one year supervisory experience
• High School diploma or GED.
• One of experience in an assisted living facility or experience with direct care
• Are able to use care plan computer software
• Acceptable criminal background information disclosure
• Acceptable pre-placement drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
